Example sentences:
1. 実状に即して計画を練らなければならない。
jitsujou ni sokushite keikaku o neranakereba naranai.
We must lay out a plan based on our real condition.
2. このような規則は、実態に即して柔軟に適用すべきだ。
kono you na kisoku wa, jittai ni soku shite juunan ni tekiyou subeki da.
Rules like these should be applied in a flexible way that suits realities.
3. 会社の現状に即して物事を考えよう。
kaisha no genjou ni sokushite monogoto o kangaeyou.
Think about things in line with the current state of the company.
4. 昨日、社長は販売目標を実態に即して下げると公表した。
kinou, shachou wa hanbai mokuhyou o jittai ni sokushite sageru to kouhyou shita.
Yesterday, the company president announced that he would lower the sales target in line with the actual situation.
